Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, lies beside gravestone. Cross with octagonal arms on three-stage octagonal plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges, with pointed panels to sides. The second step of the pedestal covered with a hipped roof, with a semicircular uplift at the front. On three sides, stepped panels, sharply cut in the upper corners. On the front, a stepped panel enclosed by a flattened overhanging arch on pointed sections. In it a bas-relief laurel wreath fastened at the bottom with a bow, below it an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / MICHAŁ ANTONI / GROHSMANN / DOCTOR MEDYCYNY / CHIRURGII / zmarł w 73 roku życia / 20 Października 1867 / PROSI O POZDROWIENIE ANIELSKIE. //.
