Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, lying beside the gravestone. At intersection of arms relief carved figure of Christ, above titulus, below tibias. The plinth with moulded upper edges. On four sides panels with chamfered corners, in the front panel an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu / [spoczywa] / […] / […] / […] / żyła 60 lat / umarła 20/4 1898 p[rosi] / Anioł Pański / od[…] //.
