The burial site marked by an obelisk on a plinth and two-stage base. On the obelisk at the front a cross in gloria is carved, below an oval space for a photograph, an engraved Ostoja coat of arms, and an engraved inscription. The first step of the sandstone base, here on the front left an engraved signature. The plinth with moulded upper edges.

Maryan Ostoja / Ładuński / były właściciel dóbr / i uczestnik powstania z r. 1863 / urodz. dnia 21 stycznia 1843 r. / zmarł dnia 7 listopada 1913 r. / „Cześć Jego pamięci”. //.
