Burial place marked by a cross on the plinth. Chamfered cross with laurel wreath at crossing of arms, set on moulded heel. On the upper beam an engraved inscription I.N. / R.I.. The lower part of the cross wider, there a niche closed with an overhanging arch. The pedestal with two front panels closed with a step. In the upper (1) and lower (2) panels, an engraved inscription.

2. MAJ / 1883 r. zmar / ła d. 5 Grudnia / r 1903 //.
