Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth, banded coffin lid and base. Perpetuated cross lying beside gravestone on moulded plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered top edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered corners with an engraved inscription. On the base of the band on the front left an engraved signature.

Line 6 of the inscription is written in italics. According to Wacław Wejtka's records, in 1936 there was a gravestone at this site in the form of a wooden cross with a tin plaque. The information allows dating the present gravestone after 1936.
