Tombstone originally marked by a cross on a plinth and a two-stage base in a fence. Cross on moulded plinth, broken, not preserved. The plinth is wider at the base, tapering upwards in profile. On it, on the front, a plaque with chamfered edges, with an engraved inscription. The plinth together with the second step of the base broken and overturned. Fence of concrete posts on moulded plinths. Posts terminating in pyramids, originally connected by rods.

Ś. + P. / KATARZYNA / z FALKOWSKICH / GOJRZEWSKA / ZM. 15 VII 1929 R / [...] [5] [...] / P[OK]O JEJ DUSZY //.
