Headstone marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross on pedestal with arms terminating in a carving of an arch into a donkey's back with prongs. At the intersection of the arms originally a figure of Christ. The face of the cross excavated. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal slightly tapering upwards with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel after a photograph flanked by letters Ś. P., below an engraved inscription (printed typeface). On the axis on the tombstone a cross-shaped flowerbed.
