Tombstone of Jerzy Jasiewicz

Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth banded in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved, plinth lies nearby. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and with chamfered upper side edges. On the front a gabled closed plaque with space for a photograph, below an engraved inscription.
