Burial place marked by cross on obelisk and plinth. Cross on pedestal, bordered with border, with arms ending in a trilliform. Plinth with chamfered upper edges, inscription engraved on the front. On the obelisk on the front and back an engraved inscription.

The second, fourth and fifth lines of the inscription on the front of the obelisk in italics. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Ł, card number 1, dated 1936. According to the card file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "E, 8th row, N9, from the catacomb, C towards boundary E1". Next to the description of the gravestone is the annotation: 'in the fence with N8 (Faber)'.
