Burial place marked by an irregular stele in a concrete mantle. On the stele there is a panel closed with a cut-out of a segmental arch, in it a relief cross, below it a plaque with cut-out corners with an engraved inscription. The whole, together with gravestone No. 069, is enclosed by a fence consisting of plinths connected by a cast iron bar.

Tu spoczywają / S. P. / IGNACY FILSJEAN / (FIŻAN) / i żona Jego / Paulina z Dąbrowskich / i ich dzieci. / Wieczne odpoczywanie racz Jm dać Panie /a światłość wiekuista niech Jm świeci / na wieki. Amen. //.
