Burial place originally marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele. The cross is of open-work design and is caved in at the base. A hewn stele with a relief carved plaque inscribed on the front with an engraved inscription. A gravestone in a common fence of cylindrical pedestals connected with iron bars, together with the gravestones of Maria and Marian Gumowski and Władysława Petrusewicz (gravestone no. 4) and Anna Petrusewicz (gravestone no. 6).

Inscription:

Wieczna radość / i wesele niech Ci / będzie nasz Aniele / Drogiemu Heniusiowi / od rodziców / Petrusewiczów //.
