The burial place was originally marked by a cross on a pedestal and base, in front of which are symmetrically placed two bands in the form of a coffin lid. The lost cross is not preserved. The plinth is covered with a hipped roof. On the pedestal on the front and on the right side an engraved inscription (1), (2). The quatrefoil framed by four cylindrical plinths joined together by cast iron bars. Common quatrefoil for gravestones 144 and 145.

2. Ś. + P. / TOMASZ / OLESIEWICZ / + 5 II 1923 L.6[7] / POKÓJ [...] //.
