Burial place marked by a cross on the plinth, in a band in the form of a coffin lid on the base. The plinth closed gabled, 1/3 with chamfered sides. On the front a gabled closed plaque with an engraved inscription. The tombstone in a quadrant with tombstones of Justin Restenis (no. 040) and Konstanty Józef Lewkowicz (no. 042). Rectangular plinth framed by a band with pyramidal pedestals. Originally joined by cast-iron rods.
