Gravestone marked by a headstone, at the head of which was originally a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. The cross is not preserved. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. In front a panel with segmental arch carved corners, in which a relief inscription (2). The second step of the plinth tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. In front a panel with segmental arch cut-out corners, in it an empty oval space left by a photograph, below a relief inscription (1). Gravestone slab with a cross-shaped cut-out for a flowerbed.

1. S. + P. / JAN / STABROWSKI / STANĄŁ PRZED BOGIEM / DNIA 3 GRUDNIA 1905 R. / WIEKU LAT 47. //.
