Burial site marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross perpetuated, secondarily placed on moulded plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges, on front 1)inscription engraved. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, covered by a wider panel with chamfered upper edges and stepped lower edges. 2)On the front and 3)on the right side an engraved inscription. The whole bordered with eight cylindrical pedestals connected by a metal chain.

2) Tu spoczywają zwłoki / S. P. / Ma[ry]i / z / Dworzeckich / SWIDOWEJ / zm. 29 Marca 1886 r. / w wieku lat 55. //.

3) Ś. P. / LUDWIKA / ZE / SWIDÓW / SWIDOWA / z / HRANICZ / 1853 – 1942 //.
