Burial site with unpreserved finial. Preserved two-stage plinth and base. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step with chamfered upper edges, the second rectangular on the front with a panel with chamfered corners, in its field an engraved inscription. On the pedestal from a mounting hole.

1. Tu odpoczywa w Bogu / zaspały Mateusz Krzywoń / bywały właściciel gruntów / w Trzycieżu i Rakowcu. / Urodził się w Dębowcy / 8 września 1799 / Umarł w Ligotce / 27 Sierpnia 1876. //.
