Tombstone of Emilia and Vincent Poloniewicz

Burial place marked by cross on three-tier plinth and base. The cross on a moulded plinth. On the front visible mount after the figure of Christ. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with chamfered quarter-circle corners, in which a relief inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges. On the front a panel with a relief inscription (2). On the left side, in the lower right corner, an engraved signature. The third step of the pedestal, much higher than the others, with chamfered bottom and chamfered side edges, tapering towards the top, with a smooth frieze and a canopy with semicircular peaks. An oval panel on the front. Leaning against the tombstone is a plaque with quarter-cut corners, with an engraved inscription (3).

An unpreserved statue of Christ. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po, card number 48, dated 1936. According to the file, the gravestone's location is the sector "on the left side of the cemetery chapel, near catacombs B, 1st row, counting from the path in front of the chapel, N1". Next to the description of the gravestone a note: "at the top two portraits in medallion, traces of a fence".
