Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on moulded plinth. At the intersection of the arms the attachment after the figure of Christ is visible. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. In front a panel with segmental arch carved corners. In it, a relief inscription (2). The second step of the plinth tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with chamfered quarter-circle corners. In it, two oval photographs on porcelain, below a relief inscription (1). To the right a young woman facing 3/4 to the right. Woman with a long dark braid braided and pinned on top of her head. She is dressed in a dark, slightly ruffled dress, with a stand-up collar at the neck, decorated with braid and pleats. To the left, a man in frontal view, with smoothly combed hair with moustache. He is wearing a dark frock-coat, under which a white shirt is visible, with a bow tie under his neck. On the right side of the second step of the pedestal, a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, within which is a relief inscription (3), below which is a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners. A circular flowerbed in front of the gravestone. The whole, together with monument no. 60, enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and plinths connected by a cast iron chain.

According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is on "the left side of the cemetery, near catacombs B, 1st row, counting from the road in front of chapel n 9." Inscription on the gravestone "JÓZEFA Z BARTOSZEWICZÓW / JASZEWSKA / ZM... 19... WIEKU LATY .... Object description: "Granite monument with a cross like this at the top. At the top two medallions with portraits, the right one (of Józefa) not yet glued. Chain-link fence, shared with N8. "Photograph of man slightly damaged.
