Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a plinth. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms of the cross, holes are visible, probably from the figure of Christ. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front side a frame closed with a segmental arch with an engraved inscription. The side walls of the plinth are glazed.

[CO.IP] / Kochanej / Żonie i matce / Mąż i dzieci //.
