Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross perpetuated. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by hipped roof. On the front in a rectangular engraved frame an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

WIKTORYA z BOROŃSKICH / KNAPIKOWA / żona c. k. komisarza s[...] skarbowej / zmarła w 36 stym roku życia / dnia 10 pzdziernika 1904. / Spok[ój] [jej] duszy. //.
