Tombstone of Michał Puzak

Burial site marked by an obelisk with cross, on a two-stage base and plinth. The obelisk terminates in a quadrangle, with a simple surface at the apex and the attachment of a detached cross resting on the ground. The cross at the intersection of the arms wrapped with a floral wreath and ribbon bow. On the front, a relief carved cross, framed by an oval, engraved frame. The cross separates the date '1883'. The pedestal finished in moulding with floral ornament and lesbian kimation. The four sides are framed by panels. On the front panel an engraved inscription.

[Znik] jak kwiat najpiękniejszy [t]obie ś.p. / MICHAŁ PUZAK / spoczywa w tym grobie żył lat 28 + / pożegnał świat ich jego troski / [tęsknoty] jego [marne] nadzieję / Ale się [wznieść w ich kraj] niebieski / Gdzie nigdy nieszczęście [niezachwieje] / Zostawił Rodzeństwu [bolesne wspomnienie] [.//]
