Tombstone of Maria Rucznioska

Тернопіль | Ukraine

The burial site marked by a cast iron cross on a plinth. The arms of the cross terminating in the form of a stylised trillium, decorated with poppy flowers, filled with sticks. At the intersection of the arms an openwork rosette and visible traces of the attachment of the figure of Christ, above a titulus. At the bottom the cross framed by symmetrically relief acanthus volutes with scrollwork. Cross elaborated on the front. Cast signature on the back of the cross. Plinth covered with moulded panel with acroterions and pinnacles. On the four sides rectangular panels, on the front with quarter-circular chamfered upper corners. Engraved inscriptions on the plinth: front (1), right side(2), left side(3), rear (4).
