Tombstone of Jan Słota

ukr. Zbaraż (Збараж)
Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in pyramidal caps, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a convex carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. Carved frame to the front. Second step of the pedestal with simplified beam. On the front a panel with chamfered upper corners, in which an engraved inscription.
