Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on its own moulded plinth, behind arms with chamfered edges. The right arm of the cross not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded top edges. The second step of the plinth covered with a moulded panel, on the front an inscription engraved in a panel ending in a full overhanging arch. The first and second steps of the base with chamfered upper edges.

Inscription:

ZMARŁA 24 MAJA R. 1893 / + / Za wcześnieś / o córko droga. / okryła dom nasz / załobą. Módl się / za nami do Boga / My tu płaczemy za / Tobą. / KONSTANCJA / SEKOWSKA / Prosi o Zdrowaś Maria //.
