In the cemetery there is a grave of 20 soldiers and militiamen of the Polish Militia of Cieszyn Silesia - defenders of Cieszyn Silesia killed and murdered on 26 January 1919 during the battles for Cieszyn Silesia. Buried in the grave are soldiers of the 12th and 8th infantry regiments of the Polish Army and local militiamen. The grave is located in the back of the cemetery, at the end of the alley running from the main gate. In 2019, the memorial was renovated with funds from the municipality of Stonava and the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The commemoration on the grave was reconstructed, consisting of granite slabs and a high cross on a pedestal, where the inscription in Polish reads: "PRZECHODNIU POWIEDZ POLSCE TU LEŻYM JEJ SYNY OBEDIENT JEJ PRAWOM DO OSTATNIEJ GODZINY". In addition, a plaque with the names of the buried was replaced, which is located opposite the grave on a low wall. It now bears 20 names, as determined by Stanisław Kuba, an amateur historian from Stonava. An earlier inscription on the plaque mentioned 13 names.
