Grave in the manor park of Polish Army soldiers killed in the Polish-Bolshevik war

In the manor park is the grave of 8 Polish soldiers killed in 1920. A massive memorial stone has been placed on it. The stone was thrown off a brick pedestal in 1939 and lay face down for many years. In 1999-2000 the grave was restored by the Roman Skirmunt Foundation. A small plaque with the inscription was placed on the headstone: "Here rest 8 unknown soldiers of the 34th pp of the Polish Army died 1919. Honour to the fallen. Roman Skirmunt Foundation 1934. Rebuilt in 1999-2000". It was not possible to establish the personalities of the soldiers buried here. "List of Polish Army losses", compiled in 1934, gives the names of 9 soldiers killed in Porzecz, but none of them belonged to the 34th IR, which regiment is listed on the commemoration.
