Alexandrine de Rayneval (1788-1859), born in Warsaw or Siedlce, daughter of Tadeusz Włodek and Barbara Brzezińska, widow of François Joseph Maximilien Gérard hr. de Rayneval, minister and ambassador of France. Alexandrine was buried on 31 October 1859 in Paris in a grave (Annual No. 1628, General No. 149991, 15th Division on the edge of the road opposite the 6th Division, site 34-40c on the left; Millet record No. 144745).

Biography
She was the daughter of Tadeusz Włodek, a member of the Permanent Council, Russian agent and play censor, and Barbara Brzezińska. Following the outbreak of the Kościuszko Uprising, Aleksandryna's father fled to Russia, where the family settled in Mitava (now Jelgava, Latvia).

In St Petersburg, she married François Joseph Maximilien Gérard Count de Rayneval, secretary of the French embassy to the Russian court. The wedding took place on 14 August 1811 and the deed was transcribed on 25 March 1813 in Meudon (Hauts-de-Seine). Alexandrine was described in the deed as the daughter of Thaddeus and Barbara, resident in Mitava, born in "Siedelka" (probably Siedlce), near Warsaw, on 4 November 1787 (although later sources accept the date of 2 November 1788). Witnesses to the ceremony included Jacques Alexandre Bernard Law Count Lauriston (Ambassador of France), Benito Pardo de Figueroa (envoy of the King of Spain) and Jules René Litta and Bazile de Troubetzkoy, representatives of the Russian court.

François Joseph Maximilien Gérard Count de Rayneval, served as Minister and Ambassador of France in Berlin, Vienna, Madrid and St Petersburg, among other places. Alexandrine accompanied him on diplomatic missions and their union resulted in several children.
