Biography:

Antoni Lange (1774-1842), painter, graphic artist and decorator. Born in Vienna, he settled in Lviv from 1810, where he worked as a theatre decorator in Jan Nepomucen Kaminski's theatre. He also created landscapes with castles in eastern Galicia, on which two albums of lithographs were based. Fourteen of his paintings were placed in the Lviv Town Hall.
