Aron Skrobek (1894-1943), born in Żychlin, Poland, socialist (Bund) activist, later communist. He emigrated to France, where he adopted the pseudonym David Kutner. He initially worked as a paper maker and later as a textile worker. Arrested on 16 December 1942, he was interned in Cherche-Midi prison, then transferred to Fort Romainville, and deported to the Natzweiler-Struthof camp on 14 July 1943 as a member of the Resistance. He was classified as "Nacht und Nebel" ( https://www.memorialgenweb.org/ ). He died on 21 July 1943, at the age of 49, in the Natzweiler-Struthof camp.
