Biography:

Bruno Elkouken (born Bronisław Elkouken, 1893–1968), a Polish and French architect. A graduate of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. A member of the Praesens group. In 1929, he left Poland and, travelling via Germany and Italy, reached France, where he settled permanently in Paris. After the Second World War, he was involved in the design of the reconstruction of Dunkirk.
