The building of the Savings Bank in Liberec is a representative late 19th century edifice, designed in 1888-1891 by the Polish architect Julian Feliks Niedzielski, a graduate of the Vienna University of Technology, in collaboration with Hans Miksch. It is maintained in a Neo-Renaissance style, characteristic of late Historicism.
