Near the village, just off the road, is the cemetery of the January insurgents, surrounded on all sides by trees. It occupies an area of about 6 x 8 m. There is a chapel post, a concrete cross (dedicated to two Lithuanian partisans killed in 1947) and a boulder with a plaque in honour of the insurgents. Inscriptions on all elements of the cemetery are in Lithuanian only. The inscription in honour of the insurgents reads: "ČIA PALAIDOTI / 1863 M / SUKILELIAI".
