Church cemetery in Molchany

The church cemetery in Molčany is located next to the parish church of St Adalbert. According to Hauser, only two tombstones have been preserved there, including one unnamed tombstone topped with a statue of a saint. The other, in the form of a statue of the Virgin Mary on a pedestal, was erected for married couple Jan and Tekla Rakowski in 1849. The pedestal bears a rhymed inscription on a white marble plaque.

The church contains six epitaph plates of the Trzecieski family in white and black marble, including a plaque commemorating the founder of the parish church, Marianna Trzecieska, who died in 1817, and the oldest plaque, that of her husband, General of the Polish Army, Antoni Romuald Trzecieski, who died in 1804.

Information about the cemetery published (see bibliography).
