The cemetery is located about 400 m. from the small village of Widze. A dirt road leads to the hill where the foundation is located. The square-plan cemetery is small, occupies about 0.1ha and is fenced with a low stone rampart. The entrance to the establishment is flanked by two granite boulders placed vertically. The most numerous group of gravestones are those from the first half of the 20th century. The oldest surviving grave dates from 1922 and is a concrete pedestal with an openwork cross. Buried here is Maria Jakunówna, MARIA JANKUNÓWNA/ ZM. DN. 2 IV 1922/ PEACE TO HER SOUL. A gravestone worthy of note is the burial place of Anna Maslowska and her family, HERE SPOCZYWA/ MASŁOWSKA/ ANNA/ ZM. IN 1944/WITH HER ENTIRE FAMILY/ MEMORY FROM HER DAUGHTER TELESFORA. On their gravestone, in addition to biographical dates, is carved the date 1893, which is probably the date the cemetery was founded.
