According to Lewkowski and Walczak, "in the centre of the village, surrounded by small-town buildings, is the neo-Gothic Epiphany Church. The church is of brick, unplastered on a cruciform plan. The rectangular-shaped churchyard is enclosed by a brick wall with a gate on the western side. In the church cemetery at the back of the church, by the wall, one tombstone has been preserved, a granite stele on the grave of Rev. Józef Farbotko, the parish priest of Kamionka'. The inscription from the gravestone: "PRIEST JOZEF FARBOTKO / PASTOR OF KAMIONKOW / DIED. 7.I.1919 R. \"
