Church cemetery with Polish gravestone monuments. Documentation has been made for the cemetery (9 cards stored in the ICDNS). Information about the cemetery has been published (see bibliography). According to Anna Lewkowska, Jacek Lewkowski and Wojciech Walczak, the church cemetery is located in the centre of Połoneczka. It has a rectangular plan and 0.4 area, in the middle of which the church is located. There is also a bell tower and a chapel on the square. According to the mentioned authors, 9 tombstones have been preserved in the cemetery. The oldest one, from 1839, crowns the burial place of Mikhail Abłamovich. It has the form of a pedestal with a granite cross on which a metal figure of Christ has been placed. The inscription reads: "S. P. / MICHAŁ / ABŁAMOWICZ / JUDGE PTU NOW. / UM. 1839 OCTOBER. 23 / LIVING 63 YEARS / GRATEFUL SON TO HIS FATHER / CHRISTIANS SIGH FOR HIS SOUL". The tombstone is signed by the Vilnius stone workshop of S. Kozlowski.

According to Lewkowski and Walczak, there is a second Catholic cemetery not far from the village (about 1.5 km to the north-west). It has a rectangular plan and an area of 0.5 ha. It was established in the 1st half of the 19th century. The southern part contains tombstones from that century, the eastern part contemporary. The oldest gravestone belongs to sisters Barbara Kleczkowska and Maria Hryniewiecki. The inscription reads: "D. O. M. / BARBARA / KLECZKOWSKA / AND MARYA / HRYNIEWIECKA / SISTERS DECEASED R. 1832 / PASSERBY PRAY / FOR THEIR SOULS / THREE GREETINGS". It also contains, among others, the tombstone of Princess Emilia Massalska (died 1897). The cemetery is maintained in good condition.
