Cemetery in Tuliglovy

The Catholic cemetery in Tuliglovy is located in the western part of the village, about 500 metres from the former parish church. It is very neglected and lacks a spatial layout. It is dominated by the (once magnificent, now devastated) burial chapel of the Bal family of the Gozdawa coat of arms. On its façade are the epitaphs of seven members of this family. The crypt is broken up.

Hauser draws attention to the rocks topped with a statue of the Virgin Mary on the graves of Magdalena Gorazdowska (d. 1932) and Ludwika Isańska (d. 1924). Next to it rises a tall monument decorated with a wreath on the grave of Wojciech Sokalski (d. 1926).

Church cemetery
The former parish church was once surrounded by a cemetery, of which only the magnificent classicist tomb of Bonawentura Woyna (1758-1811), erected by his friends, has survived. It resembles an ancient Roman tomb. It is decorated with acroterions, a frieze of wreaths and rosettes and an ornament of a jug resting on a garland. On the back of the tomb is an inscription in Latin: "/ vir [...] ingenio mortibus / patri [...] Concivibus [...] caro [...] viro próbo. Civi Optimo Maestissimi Amici Posuerunt'. On its front are the words: "When mankind and pressing Thy corpse with a boulder / Mourns the loss of so many virtues joined together / Do not despise the shadow of the way with this humble monument / May the grief of Thy friends be granted to posterity", while on the side: Nato [...] Die XII MDCCLVIII / Mortuo [...] MDCCCXI".

The cemetery was visited and cleaned by volunteers as part of the campaign "Mogila Pradziada Ocal od Zapomnienia".
