Biography:

Edward Dwurnik (1943-2018), born in Radzymin, painter and graphic artist. He studied painting, printmaking and sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and graduated in 1970. His work has been presented at numerous exhibitions throughout Europe. He created more than 5,000 paintings during his career. He was married to the photographer Teresa Gierzyńska. Their daughter, Pola Dwurnik, is also an artist.
