In the cemetery in Karviná-Mizerov, there is a grave of 18 victims of World War II - including 3 prisoners of war and 11 Poles who died in Polenlagr No. 40, which operated in Fryštát between 1942 and 1945. It is a mass grave, surrounded by a low border. The grave field is overgrown with grass. On the grave there is a monument with a black granite plaque with the Czech-Polish inscription: "Obětem fašismu v letech 1939 - 45. ofiarom Polenlagru.".
