Grave (symbolic?) of a World War II victim

In the cemetery in Niemenczyn, in the immediate vicinity of the quarters of the soldiers killed in the Polish-Bolshevik war of 1920 and the inter-war graves of the soldiers of the Border Protection Corps, there is the grave of Ryszard Raczkowski, who died in Siberia in 1940. On it stands a metal cross with a plaque on which is written: "Ryszard / Raczkowski / died in Siberia / 1940".
