A tomb on a rectangular plan, covered with a slab, with low walls on the sides passing at the head into a chapel covered with a gabled roof. The canopy is supported by two pillars, originally topped with a cross. A bas-relief in the gable. In the chapel three plaques with engraved inscription (1, 2), above the right one (3) an oval photograph on porcelain, depicting a middle-aged man, in 3/4 view, wearing a suit. On the side walls vases with repoussed bellies and moulded feet. On the sides and front, cylindrical pedestals, originally linked together by cast iron bars and chain. On the slab covering the tomb a circular flowerbed. Entrance to the tomb from the front.

3. Ś. P./ Bolesław Jan Sawicki/ zm. dn. 19 XI. 1932 r. w. lat 62. / pokój twej duszy / drogi mężu. //.
