Earth tomb on a rectangular plan framed by a band, transitioning at the head to a cross on a wall with uplift. The cross is not preserved. The uplift of the wall with the shape of a truncated gabled arch at the apex, covered with a simplified cornice. In the place of the uprising in the front there is an inscription board with engraved inscription. Above it, an elliptical recess with a convex carved image of Our Lady of the Dawn Gate. On the band, perpendicular pedestals on the base, enclosed by a hipped base, connected to each other by a double metal bar and chain on the front left side. A crucifix placed inside the band, with arms ending in a stylised five-pointed star, decorated with openwork geometric ornamentation.
