Rectangular tomb, built of sandstone blocks, on a pedestal, covered with a two-step profiled slab at the bottom, the second step hipped. At the front on the axis an entrance bricked up with a slab on which is an engraved inscription, above which is a trace of an unpreserved black granite inscription plaque. Original gable to front.
