Strzemiński family tomb

The tomb is rectangular in plan, covered by a wider slab, at the head of which is a cross stylised on a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth and base. On the pedestal at the front is a plaque with an engraved inscription. On the plaque covering the tomb a rectangular flowerbed framed by hexagons. In the front wall of the tomb on the left side a panel with a small ventilation hole.

According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła, the gravestone originally had a plaque dedicated only to Ignacy Strzemiński: S. P. / Dr. Ignacy / Strzemiński / b. 7 Sierp. 1857 / died 9 Apr. 1907 / peace to his soul //. According to Wacław Wejtka's directory, Katarzyna of Serwatowicz Strzemiński was commemorated with a wooden cross. The tomb mentioned in the catalogue of A. Sniezko, "Rossa - the city of the dead. Graves of the distinguished".
