Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908-2004), born in Chanteloup-en-Brie, French photojournalist. Considered the father of photojournalism, he studied painting in the studio of Cotenet and André Lhote in the 1920s and later graduated in painting and philosophy at Cambridge University. His photographs have been published in the most prestigious magazines and his work has been exhibited in major galleries in the United States and Europe.
