Henryk Seweryn Józef Gałęzowski (1875-1938), born in Paris, in his parents' house at 25 bd Haussmann, son of Xavier Gałęzowski, doctor of medicine, cavalier of the Legion of Honour, and Augusta Marguerite Louise Amélie Tamberlick (AdP AN Paris 9e no. 1879 of 1875), lawyer. On 27 February 1919 he married Catherine Eugénie Marie Mauwelaerts, born on 25 November 1890 in Paris, resident at 16, rue Boursault, daughter of Désiré Mauwelaerts and Eugénie Célestine Roger (AdP AM Paris 17e no. 389 of 1919). Witnesses at the wedding included Charles de Horodynski, aged 49, chef de service librairie (?), resident in Paris at 149 rue Vaugirard.

Henry worked at the Cour d'Appel and lived in Paris at 89 rue Charedu Midi. He was the brother of Jan Gałęzowski. He was buried on 20 May 1938 (annual number 846) and his remains were transferred from Équemauville (Calvados).
