Jan Ziarnko (1575-1630), born in Lviv, son of Martin and Anna, painter, engraver and engraver. In 1596 he became a master in the guild of Roman Catholic painters in Lwow. Around 1598 he went to Italy and then to France, where he became associated with the court of Louis XIII. He created etchings in etching and copperplate techniques, as well as book frontispieces and illustration cycles.
