Józef Horbacewicz (1813-1848), Polish sculptor, creating mainly tomb sculpture in the Vilnius area. One of the most prominent stone artists belonging to the circle of graduates of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Stefan Batory University in Vilnius. He created monolithic tombstones, made of pink granite, with a plinth and a cross resting on a cushion - a common type of burial in Vilnius cemeteries.
