Biography:

Julian Cybulski (1859-1924), a Polish architect active in Lviv. He graduated from the Technical University of Lviv in 1882. In 1885, together with Ludwik Baldwin-Ramult, he founded a construction company. In 1892 he was a member of the committee supervising preparations for the Lviv construction exhibition. He served on the city council from 1893 to 1895, and was vice-president of the Society of Engineers from 1894 to 1895. In 1910, he served as chairman of the architectural commission reviewing the design of the Lviv casino. He designed, among others, the Church of St. Catherine in Milczyce (with Baldwin-Ramult, 1886-1897), his own villa at 15 Alberta Chmielowskiego Street (now Łeonida Hlibowa, 1890) and the Art Nouveau interior decoration of the George Hotel (with Jan Lewiński, 1901).
