Biography:

Kazimierz Bębnowicz, Polish sculptor. He created mainly gravestone sculpture in the Stanislawow area. Initially, he worked with his father Marian and brother Czeslaw Albin in the stonemason-sculptor workshop 'Pietas'. From the beginning of the 20th century until around 1910, they were the main creators of tombstones in the Sapieżyński Cemetery. The activity was interrupted by the death of Marian and Czesław. After the interruption, Kazimierz resumed his activity and carried out projects until at least 1921.
